Information for students

We want you to feel happy and safe in and out of school. There are many people in school who are available to you to listen and support you if you don’t feel happy and safe. You might be able to talk to your form tutor or pastoral manager; perhaps you feel that there is a teacher or another member of staff who you can trust to talk to.

If you don’t want to speak to someone in school, look at the directory ‘Healthy Schools signposting’ below to find out where you might be able to get support online. Also the link to ‘Self care’ activities below, will give you lots of ideas about things you can try at home to help to lift your mood.
